2 eggs (beaten)
2 cups flour
3 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

INGREDIENTS
Daal 250 gm
Chopped 2 onions
Tomatoes 2
Dry chillies 2
Hing 2 tsp
Cumin /Jeera seeds 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves for Garnish
Cooking oil 3 tsp
PROCEDURE
1) Wash the daal around 2 times. Discard the water. Then add more water and soak it .
2) Heat the container and add oil . Let the oil get heated. fry cumin/ jeera seeds for half a minute and then add onions.
3) Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry for a few seconds. Next add turmeric powder.Add tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes become soft.
4) Add salt and satute. Add some coriander leaves , keeping half for garnish later . Add daal and saute for a minute.
5 ) Add water and let it cook . check for salt.
serve with chapatti and roti.

PROCEDURE:
Discard the seeds ,skin and the white part which is found in middle of the chickoo.
Add the chickoo and sugar in mixer and blend till the mixture becomes soft. Now add milk and blend for 1 minute .

Ingredients:
2 Onions medium size
2 tomatoes medium size
Rice 2 cups
Water 4 cups
2-3 bay leaves
8-10 cloves
10-13 pepper
3 medium size chicken cubes
PROCEDURE:
1) Roast the cinnamon sticks, bay leaves , cloves and peppers on a pan without oil for 2 minutes.
2). Add oil and fry for another 2 minutes .
3) Put onion and saute. add more oil as required.
4) Add the tomato and keep frying till the required softness. Add the two maggie cubes .

10 MINUTES CHICKEN FRY RECIPE
HERE IS A EASY 10 MIN CHICKEN FRY RECIPE .......
INGRIDENTS:
1/2 chicken (medium size)
Small cup flour
One Egg
Any Chicken Masala
One Lemon
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Salt
Procedure:
1) Apply salt to the chicken pieces and then squeeze the lemon . Apply flour bit by bit . Also apply ginger garlic paste. The mix shouldn't be watery or too dry
2) Now add chicken masala or any flouvring of your choice and keep in fridge for 5 minutes.
3) Next heat a pan and pour oil ( deep fry) and add the coated chicken pieces.
Serve with sauce ... Enjoy!!!
