Kadi Padta leaves or Curry Leaves Juice
Kadi Padta leaves , the English name "Murraya Koneigii" is healing health drink.
Procedure :
1) We need 7 strips of curry leaves which need to be removed ,washed .
2) In a container, one cup water and add the leaves, bring it upto boil and let it boil for a minute .
3) Let it cool. This juice can be taken after an hour of food or early in the morning before 15 minutes of breakfast.

GAUVA MILKSHAKE
Ingredients:
Guavas -3 medium size
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar- 3 tablespoons
Ice cubes
Procedure:
1) Cut the guava into stripes, and then remove the seeds.
2) Add the gauva to the mixer , add sugar , add ice-cubes , one cup milk. blend till it's done.
3) Add the remaining milk and blend till its mixed well.
Serve!!!!

Ingredients :
Pomegranate - 1 big size
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar -1 or 2 tablespoon
Procedure:
1) Remove the pomegranate seeds and put it in a blender.
2)Add milk , Sugar and blend . Add the remaining milk and blend till mixed.

Corn Fritters
2 eggs (beaten)
2 cups flour
3 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
oil for frying
Procedure:

Daal Fry
INGREDIENTS
Daal 250 gm
Chopped 2 onions
Tomatoes 2
Dry chillies 2
Hing 2 tsp
Cumin /Jeera seeds 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves for Garnish
Cooking oil 3 tsp
PROCEDURE
1) Wash the daal around 2 times. Discard the water. Then add more water and soak it .
2) Heat the container and add oil . Let the oil get heated. fry cumin/ jeera seeds for half a minute and then add onions.
3) Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry for a few seconds. Next add turmeric powder.Add tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes become soft.
4) Add salt and satute. Add some coriander leaves , keeping half for garnish later . Add daal and saute for a minute.
5 ) Add water and let it cook . check for salt.
serve with chapatti and roti.
