Igredients:
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Butter 2tbs
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Garlic 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilly 1
- Onion 2 medium size
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Kashmari Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes 1
- Tamatoes Ketchup 3 tbsp
- Grated Cheese 2 cubes
- Coriander Leaf (as required)
Procedure:
1) Heat a pan and add oil and butter, add cumin , chopped garlic, green chilly and stir.
2) In the pan add 2 medium size onion and fry. Add Tumeric, Kashmiri chilly , Coriander powder and s stir. fry till onions are a bit cooked .
3) Add 1 tomatoe and fry . Once again don't allow the onions to brown. Sprinkle Salt.
4) Add Tomato ketchup and mix. Remove the pan from the gas and keep aside.
5) Add Two cup Macorani in boiling water (1/2) liter and cook till its soft but not too soft.
6) Reheat the pan in which the above sauce was made and add the macorani, add the pasta water and now add the capsicum. Can add the cheese . garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
