Here is another easy recipe and is traditionally called filos in goa. But it is also know as banana fritter. If you have any ripe or overripe bananas lying around do not chuck them out in the bin . A budget recipe and it's easy to make.
Serves :2 Time taken: 25 min
Ingredients:
3 ripe or over ripe bananas
1 Mug all purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
Little water.
salt to taste
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp.
Procedure:
1. Skin the ripe bananas and put it in the bowl. start mashing the bananas with a masher or spoon.
2. Add the all purpose flour to the mashed bananas and mix it. Put a little salt. Add as little water if the flour starts to get dry . The mixture should not be to watery or too dry. Add vanilla essence to the mixture and mix
3. Place a pan on medium heat and add oil. When the pan is hot enough you can add scoops of banana fritter paste as shown in the pic below.
